A 5-star hotel that provides excellent comfort and convenience. The Ebisu location is simply wonderful. The hotel staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. A beautiful experience, we won't forget.
I am a frequent visitor to Tokyo on business, and I have been staying at the Westin Hotel in Ebisu every three or four months now for the past two years, most recently this past week. Good service is a given at most hotels in Japan, where competition is brutal and people can expect to be treated well, but the level of gracious service that I have been receiving at the Westin is so outstanding, I feel compelled to write this review to make sure others know of this gem of a hotel.
