It's a nice hotel...modern and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The location is also very convenient since the train is directly underneath the hotel. Just make sure you know which exit you need to get to the hotel!! The room had a great view of Akasaka, and the amenities were standard. It was a bit difficult of a comparison, since the previous days before staying at the Capitol I was at the Ritz Carlton. All in all, the experience was good.

Nice new hotel! The hotel is located next to a major metro hub making the city very accessible. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The concierge was very helpful and was able to make reservations at all of the restaurants we requested. My favorite hotel in Tokyo has always been the Peninsula, but I would recommend and stay again at the Capitol Tokyu, especially if you can get a great price on the room.
