The hotel location is great, but finding it can still be challenging. Contact the hotel or determine ahead of arrival which train station exit and which floor should be taken to reach the hotel. It is a labrynthine complex and finding it remained a challenge throughout the several days we stayed there

Hotel is located in the heart of the exciting Shibuya area, which is somewhat similar to Times Square in New York. The entrance of the hotel is perfectly located on the street in the middle of the stores/shops of Shibuya and next to the Shibuya train station (which is a convenient, centrally located train station). If you want a hotel in the middle of an exciting area, this is it. The hotel only has a small restaurant, so you should not expect to eat in the hotel
