Spanning the hotel's two buildings, public-area amenities include everything from newsstands and shopping arcades to wedding chapels and photo studios. The main building has practical services such as a domestic courier desk and a clinic, plus more indulgent offerings like a massage room, beauty studio, and esthetic salon. A Japanese garden is found on the fourth floor, as are two wedding chapels and a photo studio.
The tower's 20th floor holds the health club, which has a complimentary fitness center with city views and equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes, and stair machines. The adjacent lap pool is available for a surcharge.
Self parking:
Use of the 700-car garage is complimentary for registered guests.
Occupying one wing of the main building's fifth floor, an executive service center includes four conference rooms, two complimentary meeting rooms, a soundproof music room, and seven work stations with computers. Combined, the event/conference space of the two hotel buildings equals more than 26 ballrooms, event, and conference rooms. Some hold up to 3,000 people and offer simultaneous translation facilities accommodating up to six languages. Click the link below for details.
Business center: In addition to four conference rooms, two complimentary meeting rooms, a soundproof music room, and seven work stations with computers, the executive service center offers professional secretarial support, email and computer assistance, interpreting and translation arrangements, business-card printing services, typing, photocopying, and facsimiles.
The center also features its own lounge, with coffee service, and a selection of local and international newspapers. Mobile (cell) phones are available for rent at JPY1,500 (US$10–$15) per day, plus usage fees. Guests can use phones until 20 minutes prior to check-out, at which time the surcharges will be added to their bill. All fee(s) subject to change without notice.
Internet access: All conference and banquet rooms, as well as the executive service center, are equipped with high-speed Internet access (surcharges apply).
Conference/function room(s): The hotel houses some 26 different banquet and function rooms, including the 2,000-square-foot Peacock Room, which features decorative motifs from the 1923 Frank Lloyd Wright–designed hotel. Some of the larger event rooms are equipped with audio-visual and simultaneous translation systems for conferences, seminars, fashion shows, exhibitions, and gala receptions. Smaller ballrooms for private parties, meetings, and other functions are also available.
The hotel was very accommodating, customer focused and even upgraded our reservation to a fabulous room that was totally un-expected. We enjoyed our two stays at the Imperial Hotel and most certainly will recommend it to our friends. Location was wonderful, away from the usual excitement in japan yet close enough to be an easy walk. Many options for shopping and restaurants and a lovely park across the street. We walked everywhere, even to the Tokyo train station.

The service was the best. The staff was extremely helpful and all requests were promptly met. I had left behind a valuable item and expected it to be lost but called the hotel anyway. The assistant night duty manager personally retrieved my item and the assistant housekeeper sent it back to me. This is personal service of the best kind!
